The details and full FAQs are below. This section highlights the rules that impact your ticket allocation.
🎟 Tickets & Seating
- All Championship Court tickets are sold by lottery
- All tickets are General Admission (non-reserved bleacher seating)
- No ticket is required to enter East Naples Community Park (60 courts available)
🧮 Lottery Mechanics
- You request the days and quantities you want
- After the request window closes, you receive a random lottery number for each day requested
- Each session/day is a separate lottery — requesting extra days does not improve odds
💳 Invoices & Payment
- Winners are notified by email + text with an invoice link
- Payment is processed through Stripe
- You must pay for all tickets on the invoice or decline the invoice
- Deadline: 48 hours from when the invoice email was sent
⚠ Declines / Missed Deadlines
- If you miss a payment deadline, your invoice cancels automatically - status Void
- You lose your opportunity to purchase tickets for this year
- Allocated tickets are offered to the next person in the lottery
- Once you elect not to pay an invoice, you are removed from future allocations for this year

Use the online form to request tickets for the days and quantities you desire.
Request window closes
Once the window closes at Midnight EST on Thursday, February 5, 2026, the lottery is run for each day requested.
Random lottery number assigned
Each person receives a random lottery number for each day requested. Each day/session is a separate lottery.
Tickets allocated + invoice issued
Winners are notified by email (Spirit Promotion/US Open Pickleball) and text (US Open Pickleball) with a link to a Stripe invoice.
Pay in full by deadline
Payment must be made by the deadline shown on the invoice (48 hours from invoice email). Unpaid invoices cancel automatically - status Void.
No ticket is required to enter East Naples Community Park (60 courts). There is a $10 daily parking fee and a weekly pass for $60, with proceeds going to the Kiwanis Club’s Christmas in July program for at-risk children. All parking pass purchases will be by credit card only.
Tickets are allocated based on your place in the lottery. Each session is a separate lottery. Requesting tickets for days you do not intend to purchase will NOT increase your chances of winning.
Lottery winners will be notified by email from Spirit Promotion/US Open Pickleball and a text message from US Open Pickleball. The email and text message will contain a link to an invoice covering the tickets allocated to you. We are using Stripe as our payment processor.
Once you elect not to pay an invoice, you will be removed from any future ticket allocations for this year — no exceptions. If you want only some of the tickets on your invoice, purchase all tickets and then sell or gift those you won’t use (see Ticket Transfer below).
You will receive one E-ticket listing each ticket you purchased on the invoice. If you decide to sell or gift the entire E-ticket, forward it to the other party. If you need to sell or gift only part of your E-ticket, visit https://ticket-transfer.usopenpickleball.com. You will need the unique Transfer Code printed on your E-ticket — do not share this code.
